A SkillsHacker can work on activities at three levels: Basic, Advanced, and Pro. Achievement of an entire skill is recognized at the lowest level of activity completed, but with acknowledgment of activities completed at higher levels. For example, a SkillsHacker might earn a Basic Recognition in Hygiene, with 2 silver points and one gold point to recognize successful completion of 2 Advanced activities and 1 Pro activity. At a later date, a SkillsHacker who completes all activities for a skill at a higher level can receive overall recognition of that skill at the higher level. To continue the earlier example, the SkillsHacker who achieved Basic Recognition in Hygiene might later achieve Advanced Recognition, and, still later, Pro Recognition in Hygiene.
